Privacy notice
This notice explains how EOUXIN handles information through eouxincn.com and when you contact us about a project.
01Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project requirements. You may also provide a phone number, company, country, product interests, selected models or finishes, and drawings or other attachments. Only share information and files you are authorised to provide; remove unrelated personal or confidential information before uploading.
02How we use it
We use enquiry details and attachments to respond to your request, assess project requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on that enquiry. We also use technical information to operate the website, prevent misuse and understand how visitors find and use it. Submitting an enquiry is not a subscription to marketing emails.
03Website statistics and browser storage
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, browser and device information, approximate location, traffic sources and interactions such as product views, contact clicks and successful form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers. Our custom analytics events use product and interaction fields rather than the name, email, message or files entered in the enquiry form. Hosting services may process IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security.
We also use session storage to remember campaign source information and the referring website during your visit so it can accompany an enquiry. You can clear or restrict cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking storage or scripts may affect measurement or some website features. This notice does not itself change your browser settings.
04Storage and service providers
The website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for enquiry records and attachment storage. Authorised staff and service providers involved in operating these services may process information as needed for those purposes. Enquiry attachments are stored in a private storage area and accessed through restricted links. New-enquiry notification emails contain a prompt to open our admin area rather than the customer's details or drawings. Information may be processed outside your country, depending on where our team and providers operate.
05WhatsApp, email and external websites
Choosing WhatsApp or email opens the relevant service or application and may prefill the selected product name, model, finish and page link. Review the message before sending it. The service you choose processes information under its own privacy terms; clicking a contact link does not mean an enquiry has been sent or received. External websites are responsible for their own privacy practices.
06Keeping and protecting information
We retain enquiry records and files for as long as needed to handle the project, maintain relevant business records, address disputes and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and status of the enquiry; we do not state a fixed deletion period here. We use access controls and restricted attachment access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
07Your choices and requests
You can ask us about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop enquiry follow-up. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required for legal or legitimate record-keeping reasons. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed through a suitable channel.
08Updates
We may update this notice when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
